Experience & Expertise

My experience combines technical operations, business systems, internal tools, documentation, and AI automation. I currently work across Microsoft 365-centered operations, business system support, software licensing, vendor visibility, helpdesk workflows, internal tooling concepts, and AI-assisted process improvement.

Areas of Expertise

Technical Operations

I support day-to-day technical operations across tools such as Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and related access and licensing workflows. My work includes troubleshooting, documentation, user support, process improvement, and helping teams better understand how their systems fit together.

Business Systems

I help improve how business tools support real workflows. That includes looking at how requests come in, how information is tracked, how users interact with systems, and where better documentation, ownership, or automation can reduce friction.

Internal Tools

I design internal tooling concepts that connect operational data across users, assets, licenses, vendors, tickets, and projects. I work with tools and technologies such as Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, SQL, GitHub, Vercel, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph concepts.

AI Automation

I build AI-assisted workflows that help turn unstructured notes, transcripts, and working context into structured, review-ready outputs. My focus is not just using AI for speed, but designing workflows that are accurate, reusable, documented, and easy to review.
