About Me
I'm Matthew Dayton, a technical operations and business systems professional focused on Microsoft 365 operations, internal tools, documentation, and AI automation.
My work sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology. I support users and systems directly, but I also look for the patterns behind recurring issues: where information is scattered, where a workflow is unclear, where tools are creating friction, or where automation could make the work easier.
I think of myself as an operator-builder. I understand operational problems because I work close to them, and I build because I want repeated problems to become clearer, more maintainable systems.
I'm especially interested in roles and projects where I can combine technical operations, business systems thinking, and practical automation to help teams reduce friction, improve visibility, and build tools that people actually use.
